The AC/DC converter PSU converts a 230 VAC mains voltage to 48 VDC. Input and output voltage are galvanically isolated. The converter is used to provide mobile power to a radio system with approx. 2,500 W of power.
The central element of the AC/DC converter PSU is the converter UHP-2500B-48 from Mean Well. This is used as an OEM and its technical data is adopted.
The appropriate infrastructure in a robust housing was developed around this OEM converter for military use.
