Battery Management System (BMS)

Due to their chemistry, lithium batteries are more sensitive than lead or NiCd batteries and require a battery management system (BMS) to monitor over- and under-voltage as well as cell temperatures for safe operation. We have developed an active BMS that can be modularly adapted to the individual number of cells. The active compensation current between the two can be achieved up to 2.6 A.
